Refund Policy


Since we deal in perishable goods, we do not accept returns of the goods once purchased. If you are unsatisfied with our products, please contact us. If eligible, we will refund the amount minus the shipping cost. Once initiated, expect the refund to be credited in your payment method within 7 working days.


In case of refund, we will send you an email to notify you that we have initiated your refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds

Since we deal with perishable food products, once the order is placed, We will deliver the product to the customer within 36 hours of payment success.
